Since this is only the seat-stay, the lateral alignment is probably still fine imo.

I've done much worse ones where a chainstay was buckled from impact with a rock, and the cocked wheel actually straightened right out as I pounded the tube back into a straight line.

The alignment may still be off, as many bikes are, but if it passes the visual sight-down, I would expect it to have good chainline and wheel alignment. The visual checks should not be under-estimated, as you can do a multi-axis alignment check satisfactorily with just your eyes.
