Well, this is my last day broadcasting my radio show live from the Wisconsin State Fair studios every afternoon. Last night my wife came out to make the rounds here with me after the show.

Whoa...so this is what it was like to eat before my cycling days...check it out:

--a jumbo frank with kraut
--a butterfly pork chop sandwich
--half a raspberry danish
--a sample of fudge
--a sample of toffee
--a gyro
--an apple sauce donut

Sweet huh?
I don't think my 26-mile ride today wore all that off yet....big ride on tap tomorrow to get myself cleansed!
