Hey, I've used this stuff for a while Glucosamine sulfate, methyl-sulfonyl-methane, mostly the glucosamine. It really did decrease any pain or discomfort in joints when it's used regularly. I used it because my knee joints have been bad for as long as I can remember and always had joint pain while growing up.

I recently over worked my knees, too much uphill and simply too much riding. I have been taking the glucosamine, MSM, chondreoitin and hyalauric acid. It didn't do much (2 weeks), I suddenly started to craved milk. As soon as I started to drink milk and added calcium supplements to the mix... My knees feel so much better each day I do this.
Also, just taking it easier, and not riding as much helps.
