I'd rather place a lever a little closer to the bend of the bullhorns, so I can grip the bars right around where my fyxation pursuit bars start to drop and reach the brake.
I think you're going to have trouble with this. Before the bend and your lever is going to stick out funny. After the bend and your hands will not be in a natural position. Are your wrists deformed?
