Parts to convert DTS to STI/brifters?

I'm converting my dear old 1976 sweetie from down-tube shifters to STI/brifters. The Microshift/Nashbar shifters I bought came with cables-- inners and outers. But what part/component do I need to buy for cable stops on the downtube, to go on the frame where my down-tube shifters are currently mounted? Can somebody direct me to the best part and supplier please? Thanks.

I bought this bike new in 1976 with my paper route money. She has served me so well for tens of thousands of miles. I liked staying true to the retro down-tubes for all these years, but I know I'll be so much happier with the brifters. Plus, those down-tube shifters are about the only original component left on the old girl. Marry the frame, but date the parts, right?
