Yes, you'll need the downtube cable stop adapters. You'll need a 130mm wide wheel. Assuming the shifters are 10 speed, you also need 10 speed cassette, chain and 10 speed rear derailleur. I've been able to keep my old front derailleur and crankset. You can stretch the frame open to jam the wheel in, or have it permanently "cold set" to 130mm. I assume yours is 120mm, so that's a bit of a stretch.
