so rebranding a SP TW hub sounds about right..
And if an importer (Supernova, V-O, IRD, etc) orders enough of an item, they can get some customization done to the hub, different colors, slightly different machining, different laser etched logos, etc. There is little reason to suspect that this hub is any different than the Shutter Precision hub, as there is no one else making a switchable hub. The Supernova looks different, but the differences look superficial. The weight is in the same ballpark as the IRD and V-O versions of this hub. If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, it is most likely a duck.

Ask IRD what country this hub originates from.

It would probably make sense to check the reviews of the "other" hubs, the V-O and Supernova. V-O was the first on the North American market, there should be some reviews.

Edit: OK, there is another switchable hub, the Renak Enparlite. It looks different than the other hubs I've listed above.
