Forget all the fluff. It looks like an early 70's UO8/AO8 frame, repainted but still with the original pump pegs and down tube cable housing stops for stem shifters. The UO8 would have had chrome fork ends. Too bad it was painted. It makes a good rider. Some people convert them to fixies, so I've been told. If it was mine I'd put derailleurs on it like Peugeot intended, then ride it. (I still ride mine.)
