Leading contender is "Spin Doctor Essential" floor pump from Performance...$25. I know it's probably not the most durable thing in the world but again this is an n+1 floor pump for a backup, so I don't need anything fancy or durable.

I think you're looking for someone who already has that pump and then whether its reliable or not. Some say the backup floor pump is their frame pump. Then others might say, "what's wrong with your existing pump?".
