Long delay but I never did pick the Bertoni. After 3 years in the same spot it mysteriously moved on the day of basement contruction. The management was bizarre - they wouldn't give me a straight answer so I think the contractors just yanked the lock loose and moved it so they could get started that morning.

Oh well. Shame.
