The trick to re-cabling SRAM Grip Shifters with the trap door is to use 1.2 mm shift cables. The smaller cables (1.1?) fray every time. This quickly leads to taking revenge on a perfectly good shifter with explosives. I don't know if working on Falcons also requires having explosives on site. bk
