What is this peugeot?

It looks like it has the lugs and tubular wheels/tires of a PX, and is missing the top eyelets on the fork and seems much more aggressively angled than the UO8 sitting in my garage, but it also has plastic simplex shifters, cottered cranks, and "Special" peugeot tubing instead of Reynolds 531. So...PX, UO, or something else entirely?

BTW, everything that I know about Peugeots tells me that it's a 70-74, based on the DT and ST decals. I.E. Not a PX-10 or UO-8, given what was built then...
