Grilling meat is an Aussie tradition unlike the American style. We have a flat bbq grill at work, and we do a bbq brekkie fairly often. Nothing like cooking up a $55 pack of bacon to feed my co-workers. Or lining up 40 or so foot long sausages and watching the fat run out the drain hole in the center.
