My rig is a 1991 Trek 850 Antelope which I keep in really good condition. Although it is basically a mountain bicycle with knobby tires, I substituted smoother tires so that I can use it for road cycling. These tires also have signifigant tread so that I can also do off-road cycling, too. In addition, I replaced the original pedals with BMX pedals which are more durable and last longer. I have used this bike for off-road, commuting, and road cycling for extra long distances. It is not the newest in the line of Trek bikes but it has given me a lot of good service.
