Not sure what this post is about. Fluorescent yellow jersey is popular standard clothing for any cyclist riding on public roads. I don't believe anyone would find it a reason enough to make a post about it. So, what is this about? Bright blue shorts?

As for "recommended for daytime riding"... Again, doesn't seem to make any sense. A specific clothing color might get "recommended" for riding in adverse and difficult conditions, like darkness or bad weather. But what is "recommended for daytime riding" supposed to mean? How can anything get "recommended for daytime riding" and on what basis? Could it be about some sort of "fashion police"?
