Running the pedal cages that came on my new defY5 giant for the last 75 miles; I have backed the outer most screws out of the pedals that hold the cages on and the cages almost come off the platform. Does this indicate a fitment issue with me and the bike or is that common with cages? I'm going clip less and w a real set of bike shoes tomorrow, I was just curious as to if this was an indicator of improper bike size/crank size/ seat height etc

Bike is a "large" 56cm bike, I'm 6 ft 215lbs and the bike feels like the right size but I'm a newb to road bikes still.
