just picked up the bike. tacoed back wheel, bent rear DR, and possibly broken pedal. frame looks okay, but i'm going to have an LBS check it out anyway.

yeah, the police took a report of everything. the cab driver was stopped and he came out to look at me, but never asked if i was alright. i just remember seeing him standing off to the side looking. he probably wanted to get the hell out there, but who knows.

so, what do i do next? i'll pick up a copy of the police report, but then what do i do? contact a lawer? contact the cab's insurance company? any ideas?? get an estimate for damage from the LBS first, right?
