As others have stated i would size up one size. I once bought a castelli bib online having never tried their bibs. I ordered a medium going off the size chart. Big mistake. I couldn't even get the straps over my shoulders, if i forced it i probably would have tore the strap. Seemed like it was a youth size bib cause it was ridiculously small.
