I don't know what to get, but the stuff I have is the Bullhorn, Drop down bar (with tapes) and a riser bar already.
Everything else on the bike is stock and I was wondering if there's anything I could upgrade to increase performance, and mobility, etc.

What do you do that you want to increase "performance" and "mobility"? Do you just ride it around town? are you track racing?
These are pretty simple bikes, having your fit dialed in and the appropriate gear ratio is going to help you more than buying a new seat post or handebars.
Keep your tires inflated properly, and everything clean/lubed, and ride your bike.
