sounds like your riding your butt off ....so to speak..

I try to ride at least 5 times a week, around 150 miles weekly. It took my body a few weeks to start shedding the weight and I was really getting frustrated but then all at once it just started coming off. Stick with it Panic......IT WILL PAY OFF.
Where abouts do you live?
I'm sticking with it, its too much fun. I'm making most of those same changes as well, eating more salads, one bigger meal a day, cutting back on the pizza. Just bought a can of almonds. Also eating the rice cakes and stuff like that (caramel rice cakes are great).
I heard the same thing about a few weeks before it kicks in, so I'm getting close to that point. I think I dropped about 3 lbs this week.
I live in Central CT, just outside of Hartford.
