I got a 'portland' jacket from them.. reduced$ in last years color.. but for rainfall
in the quantity that the NW Coast sees in the winter,
I get out my Grundens made cycle rain cape..

But the jacket is OK in light drizzle , and the rain while I unlock my bike ,
then will put on the cape over it.

above poster should look into some of their shoe-covers..

I use LL Bean boots, on my feet since I'm over the clip-less thing
