Building a fixed gear and I need some help with fitting questions/parts.

I so far have a Leader 721, S300 Courier, EAI Deluxe track cog - 1/8" - 17t, Dura Ace lockring

I don't know what will fit what on the frame so..

Can you guys recommend me some cheap long lasting pedals, wheelsets, BB, fork (preferably under 120), tires, chains, headset, and seat post?

As long as they get the job done, last me a long time, and are cheap (no carbon fiber forks that will cost me 200 dollars) then that's all I need.

I'm trying to get this bike under 700 dollars. Thanks guys.
