oh the heart was going (felt good) and I was jello afterwards :-) hehe passed quick though. Think I will try 3-4 miles a day twice a day if schedule permits for a week. See how it feels. if it feels good add a mile.

does that sound good? I am good with computers, rockets, & airplanes etc.. not so good with fitness, lack knowledge :-)
