I believe that Super Corsa models were marked with "MC" on the bottom bracket. I recently picked up a very crusty and rusty chrome 1955 SC, which is marked "MC60" on the underside of the bottom bracket. Your frame definitely looks like a Frejus. Interestingly, my '62 Frejus has a separate seat post clamp (like yours), but the '55 has an integrated seat post binder. I'm not sure if that's a feature of the model, or just the mid 50s....

However, your bike has "Wolf Ear" lugs and brazed on tt cable guides that are different than I recall seeing. Hard to say for certain if you have a Frejus...
