I think DannoXYZ is likely correct. However, the only way you're going to be sure is to work with someone you trust who can see you on the bike pedaling it.

Failing that, pictures of you on the bike on a trainer would at least give people some basis to help you here other than anal extraction.
You just aren't as smart as me as all, but few are. Longish torso guy with long arms almost 5.5" can even ride a 54. If he can stand over a 52, its the right size.
Now get back on your little bike and go for a ride.
