Thanks all, I will try and sort some of it myself. Reading through the website I think I will have a go. Then when I find more time, I'll take the bike to another store for a service.They are not the brake-lever barrel adjusters (they are metal on my bike). They are the plastic ones that come out of the gears (on the handlebars).
