Well after trying several things, I just couldn't get the bike to a point where I was comfortable riding it. It seems ANY rough patches on the road ( and there are many where I ride) transfers that vibration right up the forks and into my hands making them numb. I switched to a Trek 8.4 DS and LOVE it! So comfy!
