As far as I can tell, Oval Concept and Oval are not the same company. Yes, Fuji owns both, but Oval Concept does not make aftermarket or replacement parts for the Fuji bikes. I know b/c I was looking for a zero-setback post for an SST prior to purchasing one and they are not available. I was told by Fuji dealer that replacement parts for the bike would have to be drop-shipped from Fuji.
