Judging by the style of the head badge, I'd have to put this around 1989-91 ? Columbus GARA is lower end (for Columbus) but not terrible. I think Campy group is a good choice. I think maybe early Chorus ( introduced in '87 ) would be nice on this.
Looks like it will make a very nice riding machine !
