I already contacted them through their website to ask them what year the bike was from the S/N, and I got a message back from some corporate overlord that they can't help me as Kestrel is owned by somebody else and there is no info before a certain year. So I don't expect they'll give the time of day for a possible crack in a >10yo bike.
