I have 3 Swifts, each with its own personality:

1st, made from the hide of a tough ol' rodeo bull. It took 3-4k miles before the indents even started to show. At 22k, it's comfortable, but certainly not the most comfortable saddle I've owned.

2nd, more comfortable than the first right out of the box. It started to break in after a couple hundred miles.

3rd, made from the son of the 1st, but at least had his mother's softer hide genetics. After 1k miles, an 80 mile ride wasn't a killer.
