Or perhaps they are dreaming that everyday should be an Auto Free Day everyday. Until that happy day arrives, the LSD MUP or alternative streets are the only credible alternatives.

Any bicycle traffic is illegal on LSD unless it is the Bike the Drive event, which I haven't done but plan on to next year because I heard it is a blast!
