find a metal tube the little chain from the hub can fit threw without the screw-on barrel. make sure it's long enough to cover all 3 gears.. cut to length for whatever gear it is you want to run in, run chain through tube, tighten down a perhaps chopped down barrel and bam.
that is silly , for less work you can just fix it lmao,,put a shifter on it
