Agree about parting it out. It's a super nice bike, but there isn't a lot of price syngergy when you have an older frame with newer parts. Everything looks like it's in really good condition.

As a rough estimate, I would say around $400 for the frame, $250 for the wheels, and everything else (sold separately) $600. You might be able to get around $700 as a complete bike if you go the ebay route.

As a side note, back in the 90's Winning magazine did a feature on the Atlanta frame. As I remember the overiding design concern was for stiffness, so I'm not surprised that you prefer CF.
