Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Campy used M9x26tpi threading so the commonly available M9x1.0 front axles won't work with Campy cones and locknuts. You will need an axle with matching threads.
