Bikes: Cannondale Synapse

Rode a Z6 and a F6 today.
I 'think' the Z6 is a 2011 (black and orange). It is partly 105 with a FSA crank and Microshift levers.
Rode a Z5 on Fri with full 105.
Just wanted to get opinions on the mixing of comonents versus the full set?
