My wife and I are in the third week of a loop around Michigan. I know winter is coming! We have worn rain gear almost everyday. We are presently experiencing lows in the high 30's with a lot of wind and showers. However, It has warmed up to the 40's and low 50's, so it is not too bad. It is going to get warmer next week. We are well prepared, but it still gets a little uncomfortable at times. We had planned on doing a lot of camping, but we've wimped out, and are spending a lot more nights in motels.

It has still been a great tour, and hopefully it will warm up for the next 2 weeks, The hardwood trees are just beginning to show some color
