I'm 32 years old and i've been cycling for 2 years. I didn't get involved in a serious sporting activity before cycling. I used to play football and basketball when i was younger but didn't have any serious injury. I don't know how did i develope this patello thing but doctor said it was not related with cycling. All i know is that god damned joint fluid is not where it supposed to be. Maybe it had lessened, i don't know if it is possible though. I know there are much more older people than me who ride pain free so it's not about age. Actually my left knee feels good atm but i have to find a way the cure the right one now.
