Very nice frame and also very interesting. I don't think i have every seen a high end frame that had additional detailing cut outs and thinning on the seat cluster and brake bridge and simpler lug work construction on the head tube lugs. I have no clue who made this frame but it doesn't look seem very Japanese to me.
