It's a tough market from what I've heard, but just keep checking and something will turn up. If you're not in too big a hurry, consider other markets if you're out of town for the weekend. Some cities have much friendlier CL prices. And remember that a lot of sellers will bargain and a college student with a very limited budget can be a good 'soft touch' angle to get some sellers to drop their price a bit.
