Are you looking at the team replica and/or vintage replica bibs? If so, I bet a medium/size 3 would work. I usually wear size 29 or 30 waist in American pants, and I prefer the Nalini small/size 2 but can wear the medium/3 tho it's bigger than I like. Supposedly the non-replica high end Nalini stuff is sized smaller tho.
