couple things: i do believe phil hubs are the best out there in terms of durability and serviceability. if you were taking your bike cross country, or plan to ride a billion miles on them, these wheels are probably a good deal.

that said, phil hubs are pretty heavy. those PBP rims are also pretty heavy, and 36 spoke wheels tend to be heavy, you made no mention of the spokes, but cheap straight gauge spokes are really heavy - see the theme?

this wheelset is likely to be totally bombproof but extremely heavy. depending on what you want in a wheel, these may or may not be what you're looking for.
