Agreed. Get the lager if it's in your size since the kilo is out of yor budget. The draft frames will probably be fine if you just want a fixed gear for recreational riding or commuting, but is (IMO) a significant downgrade due to being made with hiten I think.

The most important thing to do is get a bike that fits. You can work around most everything else.
