On my Brompton with 16" (349) wheels I am running the Automatix with a 16T and a 54T main.

This gives me 58" and 79" which is slightly higher than the Brompton stock two speed option at 74". I find it a good spread for my pretty flat commute. I spin out at around +22mph. I increased the change speed to around 10.5-11 mph.
