I've registered for the Assateague ride, rather than the Snow Hill. So if you flash by rider number 2063, wave hello before you disappear into the distance.

Did the Frederick Pedalers' Fall Century this weekend - my 8th century for the year, managed an okay pace (17.2mph : http://app.strava.com/rides/23513658 ) - it was great weather for a long ride! I hope the Eastern Shore will be similar, and not too windy.
