Nice bent tube cruiser- I would have gone for that one straight off. Almost looks like a Cleveland Welding to me. Maybe a Cleveland Welding built for Western Auto Stores (Western Flyer brand). Ballooners are one of my passions, along with English 3 speeds. Great find- wish I could locate some of those like that. I would have gone for the ballooner, myself.
