I realized that my right shoulder has been too tight while riding for the last two weeks. I try to keep it relaxed, but when I forget about it, muscles become tight again.
I haven't changed my bike setup for a long time, and I've never had a problem like this until two weeks ago. I don't have any problem with my left shoulder either, it's always relaxed.
Now, it's very sore starting from my shoulder bone (I think it's called scapula bone) up to my neck muscles. My girlfriend did massage but she finally gave up. So, I started massaging myself

. It helps a little, but the pain is always there, and it's killing me.
Does anybody have any suggestions, please?
