I recently went from 23s to 25s & find they simply ride better for urban use. I keep them pumped to the max rated pressure. Get one flat a year or fewer. No Kevlar belts. The streets in Eastern Conn. - where i lived until last year - were virtually paved with broken glass, so this is a very good record. Now i'm in Northampton Mass. which has much cleaner streets, so results should be even better.
