Bikes: Bill Holland (Road-Ti), Fuji Roubaix Pro (back-up), Bike Friday (folder), Co-Motion (tandem) & Trek 750 (hybrid)

Hey thanks for the tips. I also found a few group rides on the Bike Religion website that sound okay for this group.
One leaves from the shop, just a few blocks from the hotel, and the other leaves from PCH and Orchid.
