Just want to mention that the two fish you have in the picture above, if you mount a flashlight to it, the light would be sideways not forward. If you notice, that both of the U shape channels are in the same directions. All handlebars go east to west, and your light would have to be aimed east to west.. Just pointing that out to you. They do make the two fish lock block with the channels going criss cross which is the one you would used to mount a flashlight on a bicycle so the light could be aimed forward. The one above, and they do make a clone like that too, is for mounting a light on a gun barrel, and I used them for my helmet mounts..
